Age: 3 months
After reading Montessori’s early childhood development philosophies, my husband and I decided to try a floor bed with our son. He was in a bassinet in our bedroom until he was three months old, at which time, we transitioned him into his own room and the floor bed. We bought the floor bed online and have had no regrets. Eli knows what that the bed is for sleeping and actually stays in it the majority of the time.
